I'm curious. Why exactly is feedback important to you as a buyer?

plus, every time you get another 500 feedback, you get a special email from ebay congratulating you for all of your hard work and they even give you a very special certificate that they invite you to print off at your expense and frame and hang on your wall so that you can be proud of your efforts
How good is that, eh?
plus, don't forget that eventually you get a RED star, now isn't THAT siomething worthy of aspiring too?
I mean it's a RED star! Is there anything better?

I have a red star...I like it.
with feedback, I do not worry if I receive it from sellers, as I have enough as a buyer to not be blocked by sellers who do not wish to sell to new, low feedback buyers. It is only important in practical terms for a buyer in the first few transactions to build up some feedback, for that reason. Yes, it is nice, and polite, for a seller to leave an acknowledgement, but it isn't as important as getting the item you paid for in the condition specified in the listing.

My printer refused to print out the certificate, just downright refused.
maybe it's got more brains than I thought.
