Thank you for the advice. Still I'll wait patiently. I already called to PayPal, not too much help.

If your dispute was escalated to a claim nearly 3 weeks ago DO NOT "wait patiently" any longer.

Sometimes claims do get bogged down in the system and you can wait forever and nothing will happen.

RING paypal and explain how long you have been waiting.....I have always found them to be very helpful and usually the claim is settled immediately while I am on the phone.

Thank you so much for your advice, I called PayPal this morning and they issued refund immediately.
