Michelle, how many time have you been told that not all sellers mark their items as posted?
You bought the item last Friday and did not pay for at least 2 days, maybe more. The seller is a business seller so probably does not work over the weekend so may have only received your payment on Monday. With handling toime of one day the item has possibly not been posted yet.
You need to learn some patience before complaining on the boards. There is nothing to complain about in that scenario.

When you say it was paid for Monday, do you mean last week or yesterday?
And what were the emails about and how many have you sent?

I ordered it but got a reminder from ebay asking for me to pay
The reminder was most likely an automated email sent out by ebay.
In the US they can actually open Unpaid Item disputes after two days so if you not going to pay within a couple of days it is always best to let the seller know.

FGS, try learning a little patience Michelle. The world doesn't revolve around you. Other people have lives too, you know.
The seller estimates up to 14 days for delivery so there's no point complaining until after that period has expired.
