hi , when I purchased and went to pay with paypal there was nowhere to put the 15% birthday promo ,can you please let me know why also on the phone app a item said free postage ,couldn't pay then the seller informed me there was130 dollar postage charge ,,,not really good enough Ebay!!

With a postage charge like that I am guessing that the seller is overseas and has to pay for a specialist courier to deliver the phone.  Most postal services will not carry mobile phones by air now.

 

Are you sure the phone was listed on ebay.au.  If listed on an overseas site it may not be eligible for the discount offer.
