It would be interesting to know how many strikes a buyer can get before their account is restricted or shut down. One false positive left was for 5 items. Would that be 5 separate strikes?

The way this buyer is going, their eBay experience will be very short, especially as they don't seem to have a problem with the amount of non payment transactions they've had. I got the impression they even thought it was mildly humorous. Quite sad really.

Any sellers worth their salt should add this person to their special list.
