I have only skimmed the replies, but have you contacted the seller to ask why the delay? If you have, and have not received a reasonable (beleivable and acceptable reason) open INR and escalate to claim within the 20 days allowed (sooner if you want, I certainly would be doing it now).
A seller only knows of an issue if they are informed of it, could be the seller posted the item, and it has gone missing.

GC, Trish bought the item as a stopgap measure from a seller who said they were in NSW and post from their NSW warehouse. She wanted this item to use until the better ones she bought from overseas arrived.
As it turns out, the NSW seller, shipped the item from OS and there was nothing in the listing about shipping from OS if they ran out of stock. The only way she found out was after she sent the seller a message to find out what was going on and why it was taking so long.
The item arrived, but after one of the OS bought items. She was kind to the seller and left them good feedback. She sounds like the kind of buyer we'd all like to have!!
