Picture don't mean a thing, only what is written in description. I could be selling a blue cup and have a picture of a red plate and then have a 3000 word vague description of the actual item, possibly not even mention it is a blue cup and then some where in there in tiny print just put "image not of actual item". 

The title could be "drinking vessel".

Do what ever you like on eBay, twist the rules any which way!
