I know I won't get my $289 back it's a forgone conclusion as every one I talk to say's sorry " ebay " no can help but I can try and help other ebayers stay away from this scammer ,and maybe stop others from loosing out to this theif

For heavens sake stop dithering around....how do you know you won't get your money back?    Ebay has nothing to do with this process.

If you keep on like this rather than contact your bank then you surely won't get it back.

Or maybe you don't want it back....what would you have to come here and whinge about.

the bank says we can't help you ,so all I can do is help others to not get ripped off 

so don't keep ragging me out I've done all I can do ,but the real world outside of cyberspace where all this is taking place doesn't want to know , I have made so many phone calls about this but it's not in anyboby's rehlm to go there so if everyone avoids a scammer in Sydney selling camping goods and generators and uses paymate as his payment method and free postage or local pickup then I will have saved many others from being ripped off

and when it's all said and done if it wasn't for the buyers there would be no ebay

eBay is/was a platform for sellers - buyers then arrive.

No sellers - no buyers - no eBay.
