Refund was given.
Contacted seller again via email and asked to have invoices sent for the items so I could re buy.
I paid both.
Re-checking my invoices the seller listed A price and items A+B combined, two separate times.
How do I go about getting my refund/ money back?

this might not be the seller's fault - there is a glitch that happens sometimes like that. I had an instance where I refunded the seller so that she could pay again using the correct address, and the invoice then showed double the amount and I could not change it. User help could not fix it either.
In the end she paid direct through paypal.
And I got a defect for cancelled transaction, even though I explained to ebay that it was nothing of the kind. So the seller might be doubly angry by this.
Just email your seller and explain what happened. If she owes you money, it might be better for her to send the money direct through paypal.
