What does private mean in the When column?

What does private mean in the When column?  I was looking to see which item was involved in a transaction that received negative feedback.

it just means it was a private listing. On the old system you could look at what the item was that the buyer had left feedback for but if it was private you couldn't. now with the new system you can only see on your own feedback what the item was.
