To be more specific, how do you close a return case?

I would also like to know the answer to this. Seller sent wrong item. I have returned it and the seller has sent the correct item. Now sie is asking me to close the return and I have no idea how to do it. Ebay instructions are hopeless.

If it's an eBay MBG case, click on "case details" in the purchase history and there should be a "close case" icon showing there.
