Tulip, I'm not too sure about this, so just putting the idea out there for others to comment on, but International Pack and Track with Aus Post is only about $20, so a bit better than $60. I'm not sure about how much you paid or if you would also need extra insurance on that (I didn't to return a $230 watch to the US - the P&T sufficed and met PayPal's requirements)

Unfortunately, cost of return postage is at the buyer's expense, it's just one of those things we have to accept when trading on eBay, but I was reimbursed my initial postage fee plus cost of item via PayPal.
