I am trying to find a divided frypan that I can use to cook two different types of meat so the juices don't run together.
Something like an omelette pan, but not foldable. The omelette pans are also usually too thin.
I've came across a couple like what I'm after, but one side is normally flat, the other is like a grill. These are typically foldable too.
I'm wanting both sides flat and one that doesn't fold (so a camping one isn't suitable).
Does anyone know if there is such a thing, and what the correct name for them is?

Search google for divided frypan. There are not many on Ebay but there are elsewhere with various degrees of quality.

Wow they really aren't easy to find but I think I have found one. It doesn't appear they have a particular name either.
Thanks for your help guys.
