Im from perth and bought a item in usa
Its stuck in menphis.
And i can't seem to get any responses at all.
Tried to contact ebay ...number disconnected
Tried to open a case form ..couldn't get past tracking package.
Frustrated
There is a time limit as well

Some items can take about a month to come from the US, depending on how they were sent.

They also have massive snow storms at the moment and transport has come to a grinding halt.

FedEx is the carrier for the GSP Dave.

Once FedEx gets the parcel from Pitney Bowes it does not take long to get here but it would appear that the OP's parcel is still stuck somewhere in the USA...it is not even in Erlanger KY yet.
