Can't load cart

All day today I've had this message when I click the cart button (top right) in order to pay for some stuff in there from yesterday (I have a 15% off voucher that expires today):

"We're unable to load your cart. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support or send us feedback."

 

I chatted to ebay about 10am and was told "others are having the same problem" and that it's with the technical dept, but it hasn't been fixed yet. I was advised to checkout via Purchase History but if I do that, I can only use my voucher on one seller. I want to use it for the entire cart.

 

Can't be doing sellers much good to have the cart system out of action for 6+ hours.

It is not a new problem...it has been happening since before Christmas and has been "being fixed" since then.

 

It cost me a second postage fee last week when I had to pay for 2 separate items from Bing Lee using the discount voucher instead of combining them in the cart.

This seems to be a constant - sellers hate the cart - it is less than poor

Hadn't realized it's an ongoing problem. I'm a Top Seller under another ID and the cart on *that* account was fixed earlier today. 

just check for 'cart' in the forums and you'll be inundated

Just venting but it's now been more than 48 hours since my cart stopped loading. I have 20 items in there and I can't buy them. I don't even remember what half of them are so I can't go back and "buy" them and check out via Purchase History (not that I want to do that, because I have a voucher I can only use with the cart). 

 

Have chatted 3 times to ebay, "soon soon soon" they say...

 

This is ridiculous. The cart on my other account is working fine.

Yes - Neither Chrome or Firefox work. Also tried logging out & in again.
