hi i bought a dvd portable player its not working faulty and i ask the seller he said return back to me i pay the postage he send me his details and reply paid no i send it to him but the product he didnt recevied yet and australia post not helping me to found , im asking to the seller to refund my money back regardless he recevied or no the item he need to give me back my money because he send me faulty product and im not except back that and i have the photos of the dvds how they are not working as a proof of faulty and his not refund yet my money reason gave me he can`t do refund it`s a ebay policy he want me to find the item its not my responsibility that his fault he send me faulty product please i need my money back.

Had you done the return request through ebay the seller would have had to pay the return postage. If you sent the parcel back and have the tracking number which shows the parcel as delivered you can call ebay to ask if you can still open a case for not as described. If they say no then open it in Paypal and when they tell you to return the item give them the tracking number.
If you did not keep the tracking information there is little you can do as you have no proof that you returned anything.

The OP says he was sent a Reply Paid number so he should not have had to pay the postage anyway.
Sounds like he does not know what the reply paid number was for.
