Is Ebay Customer Service Computer Generated answer ?

Hi I made a purchase before Christmas and the item arrived DOA and could not get into an amicable outcome with the seller. I made my case quite clear to Ebay customer help and thus far I just keep getting the same response which appears computer generated. I have covered a number of points to state my case over and over again and none of them have been answered. I just keep getting the same responses which does not satisfy any of my questions nor my concerns. Today I have received three separate one's. Once again I have highlighted my concerns and imagine Customer Help will give me the same tiresome help. Fair Go.

Have you tried requesting a call back or asking to speak to a supervisor? 

 

On the phone, I mean

You're wasting your time with emails, you'll invariably get cut and paste answers that way.

 

Use the link below and, as enigma said, get a call back and ask for a supervisor if the first CS rep can't help you.

Do you really need to contact Customer Service?

 

If the item is Not As Described and the seller is not helpful you should just open a dispute in paypal, escalate it as soon as the system will allow and get a refund.

I'd open the dispute through eBay, if possible.
