Is it the seller that gets the blame mostly? I had a seller try to send me a proof for approval to print a sticker. I've not yet purchased, it was just an enquiry. Anyway they said they attached it but it wasn't there so they sent their phone number in the message and also that their email address is in the listing. Which it is. So after sending and approving proofs they've instructed me to purchase via eBay and reference the email.

Hope eBay won't hold that against me as the seller has instigated it.
