faulty item, missing transaction

Have noticed on three occassions for faulty items, the seller issues instant refund then deletes the transaction alltogether not allowing me to "review" or pass comment. Is this the norm??

The way an item can disappear from your Purchase History is if ebay removes it from the site entirely.

The seller can end the listing but not remove it from your Purchase History.

Scroll down on your purchase history to the bottom and the items where you've put in a dispute should be there, you may or may not be able to leave feedback on the transaction.
