Atjoewog74 sorry to hear this has happened to you. When you query the tracking number on the Australian Post website does it show ‘sign on delivery’ was actually purchased? Does it show it was delivered to the correct postcode/suburb?

If ebay has closed the case without refunding your money try a paypal dispute.

Don't be fobbed off by paypal trying to tell you to claim through ebay. Once you have the dispute open upload the police report number....this usually gets a quick response from paypal, despite ebay saying it has been delivered.
