Changing feedback

is it possible to remove or change feedback once left?

 

i recieved an item today and it looked fine so i left good feedback. on closer inspection i have discovered it was not as described.

it was a some test strips for aquarium water, in the advert it showed a bottle of 100, i recieved a bottle of 25. they look identical.

 

ive contacted the seller via ebay messages and am waiting on a reply.

 

not planning to do anything as yet regarding the feedback but was just wondering if i can change it if the seller ignores me.

Negative or neutral feedback can be changed if the seller requests it, but positive feedback can't be changed. All you can do is leave a follow-up message, which won't be seen after the seller recieves more feedback to fill the page.

The only way feedback can be changed is if the seller sends you a Feedback Revision Request and that can only be used for negative or neutral feedback.

 

You can leave a follow up to the feedback you have already left if you need to.

i thought that might be the case, must look closer at my stuff before doing feedback.
