How do I remove negative feedback as a buyer?

I would like to remove negative feedback I posted about a seller as this was resolved and was due to a communication mix up.

The seller needs to send you a feedback revision request.

Just to add.........

 

Don’t revise until you are happy with the outcome, especially if the seller has said they won’t do anything until you change your feedback

 

The seller already has several negs in the past month alone from different buyers for failing to communicate to resolve problems with their purchases
