pre-ordered an L.P of a guy in Queensland on 14/8/12, the L.P was to be released on 17/8/12. i asked the guy whether he had the record in stock or was gettin them from the US and on-shipping to me. just so i had an idea of my waiting time. the reply i got was that it will be shipped on 17/8/12 and the posted button was hit accordingly by this guy. well on 27/8/12 ive still got no L.P 11 days from QLD to Melb???. so i email the guy and tell him that i believe that he misled me on the shipping. he must have been goin to on-ship which i had asked. i get a reply back telling me that i wrong and to check my emails because id been given a refund on the day i supposedly ordered. then i get another email right away saying that im sorry we couldnt get the L.P from our suppliers and heres a refund wtf ?? and now i see that he is still selling the records ( hasnt ended listing) i asked a simple question 2 weeks ago and got lied to and now feel im bein lied to again (hoping im not) but sure feels like it. what a lousy seller, and worst part is they got ALOT of good feedback and couldnt give a crap about peein off 1 person. anyways rightly or wrongly i gave neg feedback for being lied too initially and at the end of it... please excuse my venting and have a great day people :)......

Why do you think the seller is dishonest? They refunded, didn't they? It is easy to get confused if you have number of people who bought the same item that they obviously have a problem supplying. You are not their only customer.
That FB reflects badly on you; I would not want to deal with person who leaves such FB.

Sorry, but 11 days from Queensland to Melbourne is not a long time and your seller does say up to 11 business days.
I think you have jumped the gun a bit...that seller is very good.
If you received a refund just after placing the order I don't see what the problem is...you were never going to get the item anyway.

If I went to Sanity and placed and order for something and for what ever reason it didn't arrive, all i would get is a refund.
What you have done is like kicking over all the displays on the way out.
I would think about revising that feedback if i were you, its the polite thing to do.

i say dishonest because of what i said in my post. I asked after buying whether HE had the lp's OR if they were bein on-shipped. i was told it would be shipped on the 17th or rather it was implied it would be. as i said i only asked so i knew how long to wait wasnt a problem... then they hit the POSTED button so i assumed? its been sent. so 12 days later no record i emailed sayin that i asked a question about how long it would be and was given the wrong answer...they say now they cant get the record from his supplier , so he never had it to begin with (WHICH) was my point all along, which i had asked and got lied to. and for all that, i actually checked and was refunded today after complaining. and 12 days is a long time

then they hit the POSTED button so i assumed? its been sent.
Technically, if it's listed as Posted on a certain date, the seller is accountable for lodging it at the post office on that exact date. Most of the time, listing it as Posted a day earlier or a day later than it was actually posted isn't a problem as it will still be posted within 24-48 hrs and arrive in good time. Listing it as Posted when it's not posted for a week or more is too long, IMO. Seemed like they were just trying to stall while they waited for the LP from the supplier but who knows...
So, regarding the postage issue, you can put "dishonest seller" as they weren't honest about the technical postage issue. "They can get stuffed" is a bit much... LOL! A neg with an honest description of what they did wrong is enough...

(puts flak jacket & armour plating on)
I wouldn't change the feedback-seller dropships & at least OP's neg is a 'entertaining' compared to all the rather boring other ones I read re same issue ie no item lol

To do that, you will have to contact the seller & ask them to email you a feedback revision form.
