that wont be happening anytime soon.

Seriously, that's the way you do it.

With over 730 negs and neuts, I would have found another source. πŸ˜‰

Seller can get neg removed anyway - your response was rude and used language unbecoming, seller wont bother getting it removed, he has enough red than one more won't stand out. Let it go, you did the wrong thing, but IMO you did it to the right seller.

don't take life too seriously.......it's not permanent

I've purchased from that seller many times, and always had excellent transactions. They give great customer service and are good with refunds if there are any problems and dont even ask for return of a faulty item on the odd occasion there is one. In fact if there is a choice of sellers for the same item I choose them everytime because their service is so good.

Integrity is priceless.

With over 700 neg and neuts they do not seem that good to buy from.

I have to agree with bad angel in this case. I have bought from this seller many times and always had very good service.

The number of negs needs to be taken in context though...they have a huge turnover.

But then again, I do not get too hung up on where the goods come from and how long they take.  I would never ask the seller where they are coming from if they state the goods may come from overseas.  I let the stars do the talking.

This seller has 739 negs and neutrals in 12 months which as a % of their total of 43,573 is 1.696% which seems not too bad to me. Many big sellers would kill for those stats.

I could have written *bad*angel*'s post, so won't repeat it here.  Beats me how they manage to give such good personal service with such a high turnover, nothing is too much trouble.

Perhaps it's in the way someone asks?
