Did you follow tippy's advice? Which the OP long ago marked as a solution.

What was the item?

Didnyou pay via PayPal?

Exactly, my seller is still running the fraudulent Ad and spamming me on ebay

get it reversed on your credit card

You are replying to yourself

The person who posted their issue did so nearly three years ago, a bit late to be telling them to reverse it

If the seller is spamming you, block them and report them

Given how you leave almost everyone you buy from neg feedback, the common thread would suggest either you don’t care who you are buying from in the first place, or you buy simply to give negs

Either way, buying from ebay is obviously not for you

This is a really old thread so whoever you are replying to may not see your answer or care any more after all this time.

If you personally have been defrauded or have not received the goods as described (and after sandy's post I checked your feedback to others), then I think you need to open an ebay claim for item not as described or incorrect item, whatever, and get your money back.

From what I can see in your feedback, you do seem to have some genuine issues but you are relying on seller's solving the problems or getting back to you.

If something is not working and a seller is trying to avoid communicating on ebay, don't engage, go straight into a proper ebay claim.

And you won't be up for return postage.  An Australian based seller should give you a postage label.

What on earth does a feedback comment of "I have not seen this item' mean? Does it mean you never received the item? If so, say so.

But more importantly, if something did not arrive, you should have opened an ebay claim for that and received your money back.

Maybe read up on the help pages so you know what to do when things go wrong.
