 sorry im comming across grumpy   tho its a bit cooler here today down to  about 40 C,  and i do tend to get a bit narky when im frustrated and upset, something im working on
i  have sent an email to the manager to pass on my apologies to the girl in question,  who unless the manager told her would have no clue what i called her , and i admit it was a bit unkind  and i shouldnt have said it
