Thanks davewil, the inconsistencies & the tripe dished out by CS never ceases to amaze me. I wouldn't mind so much, we're all human and make mistakes, but if you're a seller it seems mistakes are unforgivable ! I have a feeling my biggest issue will be that when I first became a member (on ATO & CS advice) I joined as a business
, all-be-it a very tiny one, lol

I have been getting 3 free relists for almost a year now until this month when I check my account and found $70+ more in fees for AUTOMATICALLY RELISTED ITEMS (right at the end of the month also just before my store 200 listing were due to start).

After what I was told last Friday I had a sickening feeling that may happen to some sellers as the CS rep told me 'it's in the fine print & a lot of members don't see it ! - well isn't that nice . . . . if they are aware members often miss seeing it - how about making it more obvious ! More importantly, would it be too hard to have an alert in place, so that when you reaching your limit you are sent a warning ? I can see instances where this may not work, such as if you list a lot of items at one time, then they may all re-list before you have a chance to do anything, but it may save some heartache & FEES !
It may be worth a phone call, who knows these days. Once upon a time they would be quite understanding in such situations & may even offer a part credit, but who knows these days.
Meanwhile I hope you have heaps of sales to cover the fees ![]()

Why would they do that? If you go over your limit, they get money for it. No way they'd be nice enough to prevent people paying listing fees! 😄

yes I no longer have the 40 free relists 3 times on any of my accounts, one with feedback of 3,24 whisch aew onlt relitivily new, the others are a bit more established eith feedback of 200,1100 (15 year member) . tryinfg to clarify with customer service they said the free relists, and the bounus listings are a gester of goodwill , and can be and will be removed at anytime .
as I have established accounts they have been removed.
so much for loyalty/
Anthony
