Yes this fee was brought in several months ago.

It was due to some sellers profiteering and avoid fees by inflating postage costs before this fee came in.

So we all just have to live with it now.

You just have to factor in this extra fee either to your item cost or your postage cost depending upon if/not you use FREE postage.

Fact of life trading on ebay these days thanks to rogue sellers mostly Chinese..

That's why I no longer offer items to overseas because of the fee on postage.

The fee on postage came in May 2014. No-one is happy with it, let me tell you! As already mention, factor the cost into either your postage cost or the purchase price. I think I read where people add 11% to the standard postage cost to cover it.
