Lol, oops, well I got it wrong too 

Given their values / vision for the COMPANY 'Ebay', and their employees it is way past time they had a good hard look in the mirror then.  The only point they currently adhere to is #2 EMBRACE AND DRIVE CHANGE and they do a pretty poor job of that in my book - change for the sake of change & changes that don't work !!
