Just saw one of my favourite sellers had over 800 of their listings removed :O:O

That's what I'm most upset about - it was not easy to achieve and maintain a #1 position in BM in a category like jewellery, but the exposure once I got there was good for all my listings.

I do not relish the thought of having to start all over again with all listings.

I'm not even sure if I should stay home by the computer or not - not that sitting here staring at my empty shop is going to do anything :^O just don't know if I will have to actively do anything if/when they get it fixed. ?:|

I have to post things regardless, but have several other errands that'll take me a while (including picking up more stock to not list :^O )

eBay should make use of the Announcements page to advise sellers and buyers of any technical issues. Seems they'd rather nobody sees the number of times the site has problems.

Ebay told me that they will credit all the removed listings.

Geez, that's exceedingly big of them... 😐

Just got an email asking me to share my opinion on how eBay is doing.

Nice timing. ]:)

Let em have it digi.

But will they really look at them if it is not what they want to hear/read?

ghost - when the items first relist you'll find most likely you have still retained your BM place, however as some buyers are like sheep, because there's no sales history, they just pass it by and eventually down the list you go.  I was told when mine were relisted that they could not reinstate the sales history; I'm hoping because this is a different glitch, the sales history might be maintained - keeping my fingers crossed anyway:-D

well yesterday I put my Store on Holiday mode for 2 weeks, seems I picked a good time. 🙂

Thanks, hopefully - once it's finally fixed - it won't take to long to get back to normal. (If such a thing exists in eBay Land...).

12 hours since my store was wiped off the face of said eBay-land, and the only thing I know for certain is that Live Help agents are incapable of recognising sarcasm. :8}
