It says Total fees: $0.50

It will also say If you qualify for additional special offers,they will be applied after you upload your items.

Then after you upload,it will tell you that it cost you nothing for the listing.

There is nothing under All Account Activity, but I have listed 4 auctions now..

It also says I have a 0.00 Current Balance.
