You need to wait 4 days before you can open a non payer dispute & then another 4 days before you can close & relist or make a 2nd chance offer.

If you needed the item gone quickly,you really should have put that in your listing.

Have you tried phoning them even though it hasn't even been 48hrs?

Many people go away for Easter, it is quite possible they have not realised they won it.

I would give them till Tuesday and then open NPB dispute; maybe one more eBay message stressing that you need it taken away ASAP - that is if you have not mentioned it already  🙂

Go to advanced search, next to the blue search button. Then select find contact info and follow the prompts, you will be emailed their details and they get yours.

Click on that link to get the buyers contact number.
