Hi!
I'm an occasional seller, so some help would be appriciated!
I sold a second hand washer/dryer, the auction ended on the 26th March. I have contacted the buyer twice.
First to let the buyer know when I will be home to and arrange pick up.
Second to say I have tried to contact him via the eBay contact form, and could he please just get in touch to confirm that he is organising a time to pick it up.
I haven't heard anything. I need this machine gone, and really need the cash.
How long should I give the buyer to get in contact? Will I have to pay fee's again if I relist it?
Thanks!

BTW - Buyers feedback is very good, and seems to be a very active eBayer ...

You need to wait 4 days before you can open a non payer dispute & then another 4 days before you can close & relist or make a 2nd chance offer.
If you needed the item gone quickly, you really should have put that in your listing.
Have you tried phoning them even though it hasn't even been 48hrs?

Thanks for your reply 🙂
Hopefully I will hear from him soon .. usually people get in touch really quickly (hence I was starting to wonder)
I haven't seen a phone number ... how do I access that?

Many people go away for Easter, it is quite possible they have not realised they won it.
I would give them till Tuesday and then open NPB dispute; maybe one more eBay message stressing that you need it taken away ASAP - that is if you have not mentioned it already 🙂
