I have already said the star rating is just a load of BS, feedback is fine but the DSR star rubbish is just that rubbish.  People can blame the seller for Australia post being late and they do its damn stupid.  Get rid of it.

Thank you everyone for your comments and advice. I rang CS and asked for the FB to be removed - they obliged. I can confirm that the DSRs remain. So I guess I'm stuck with that and will lose my TSR next cycle. I suppose the consolation is I'll get 30 free listings a month instead. Cheers.

Did you check to see if the dsr's stayed or were removed as well?

It seems to me that they are not consistent in either their knowledge, or in the way they do things.

I had someone leave me 1's across board (a smart-phone glitch). The buyer contacted CS who said they could remove the dsr's, but the only way to do that is to remove the whole feedback, comment and all. Which they consequentially did.

Not read all the replies but i always find it easier to ring ebay, they are always very helpful and they can also ring your buyer for you, so ring ebay, explain to them what happened, explain you have emailed your buyer in regard to them having to ask for it to be changed but your not sure the buyer understands or wants to etc can you please ring them and talk to them.
