Custom description excepts on mobile site

I've seen US listings with an except on the "Item Description" button on the mobile site. Is this a US only thing, or does anyone know how we can add it to our listing here? See this listing on your mobile for example:

I don't seem to be able to edit my post or title.. I meant to write "excerpts" as in snippets of text.

Good question!, i have no idea, but i have viewed other items from USA and it does not happen
