It's a new offer, not an expired one.

 

 

If you are eligible to accept the offer, then the 150 free listings can be created, and will show as available on your selling page, from midnight tonight i.e. 12am 22.08.15, and can be used until 11.59pm 31.08.15.

The promotion runs for 10 days, from the date we send you the first invitation email to participate in this offer until the end date specified in the invitation email ('Promotion Period'). Unless you have received the invitation then this offer has expired as there is no mention of any dates in this offer.
