I've had that happen before.  Check your emails & see if there's a payment advice from PayPal for an order that's not appearing yet.

  Well I give up - how can anyone have any confidence in this site at the moment ?  It really is quite alarming, so unprofessional, looks like it's being run by a bunch of pre-schoolers (no offence to pre-schoolers intended).

Still having trouble loading and staying loaded - jumping around all over the place and dropping out. maddening!

I had a look at the promotions manager and it would just not do what I wanted.

The upshot is that I now organise my own discounts via invoicing.

That works every time.

I try my hardest to keep eBay out of a sale as much as humanly possible because I will never trust them to get it right.

They've got massive computing power but I have a calculator.

Guess who gets the best results!

I seem to have lost the 3 free relists on one account. Both accounts have TRS and powerseller status, so they can't use that as an excuse.

It's just overloaded servers I think as time of day seems to be highly relevant.

I was listing quite nicely early this morning but then hit a wall mid morning experiencing similar problems; the pages become slow to load and image uploads start to time out and/or fail.

Who really knows? The eBay techs aren't talking.

Do they ever - I get the impression they're like a secret service - locked away where no-one can contact them - other than CS, who forever say 'we'll pass it on to the Tech team'
