Lost the case,lost my money and lost the items also.

Ebay says to chase AP for the lost items,did that and nothing,badluck AP can't help.

Will be closing account asap and never selling or buying on ebay again.

Great work ebay letting the buyers keep the items and the money.

It seems that the only way to post safely these days is with tracking and signature required if the item is worth a fair bit.

Just don't give the buyers a choice of postage services if you don't want to risk losing the lot as has happened to you.....and a lot of other sellers on ebay.

Crow, if the item was tracked and paid for via PP you should get PAyPal seller protection.

Get onto them pronto and start a claim.

But as you are posting on an account where you have'nt sold anything on this account, I don't understand what inconveniences you can being having if you are using the tools eBay give you

Nor have you left any negs to indicate problems

Then again, with the amount  of dodgy sellers in China etc you like to buy from time and time again, it is'nt a surprised there are avoidable issues
