That's why I run a DSR report after every buyer has left feedback. Some stars don't give you a defect, so it's nice to know if they've just trashed you for the heck of it.....which some do. One example was "fantastic seller, better than described, excellent communication", then gave me 1 star for everything. Needless to say, they ended up on my BBL and eBay kindly removed all the DSR's because even they could see it was malicious....or an error.
