Agree with the others, I wouldn't bother with leaving follow up.
I am not sure if ebay would delete the FB either as I am guessing it is probably factual.
Don't worry, your listing made it clear what the material was etc.
Mind you, you have to wonder about a buyer who admits they often have a problem with static yet goes and buys a nylon top.

A couple of weeks ago, I was having exactly the same problem.
The error message I was getting said that my username was not valid, which of course was a complete nonsense, since I hhad successfully logged in with it !!
I contacted ebay about it and they were characteristically unhelpful, telling me to clear my cookies and cache. It would seem this is the 'univeral panacea' for most problems as far as ebay CS reps are concerned. In any case, I had done this ages before I contacted them for a solution to the problem.
Anyway, the issue persisted for a couple more days and then magically disappeared and all was back to normal.
Yet another ebay glitch and I was just grateful when I was fully operational again !!
Sorry not to be able to offer a more concrete solution to your problem - hope it is resolved soon.

I have had that issue with feedback follow up also. I have always used firefox for ebay but lately have found that I cannot do alot of stuff ie listing revisions, feedback & a couple of other things. I changed to chrome & now have no problems at all doing any of the above.
