My account is under the U.S. site, because thats where I signed up years ago when I was in the U.S...... and Ive never had that problem.
Thats curious. Ebay asked me if it was ok for them to change my account to Australia, when I asked them about something COMPLETELY unrelated, and I said no, as there was absolutely no reason for them to do so, at least from my end, and they wouldnt tell me why they wanted to do that.
I wonder if that has something to do with the Aussie tax requests more than it actually causing your problem.
Guess it doesnt matter if its working now anyway.
