I know 🙂 I wasn't taking issue with anything you said, more responding for the OP, as just based on the info here, I'm not sure I understand why they might have refunded, even partially. 

I think the seller did not know that a bank deposit fails to give the buyer any recourse, and that it is purely up to them to refund or not. Getting switched items back wouldn't improve my temper, but I'd still be willing to be nice if I received my stuff 🙂
