Use your email provider inbox to view messages which went to ebay from members and from ebay.

When you reply click to send a copy to your email box so you get a record kept that way.

I thought of that, works.

Not good enough ebay we are losing sales due to unable to access messages to answer them before sale ends, unable to get paid as they want to ask about other items or pick up.

When that happens to me I always log out of ebay as I keep thinking my account has been hacked as this is what happened back when ebay actually got hacked and we all had to change our passwords.
