I have just processed some parcels but I haven't printed the labels out yet.

Have you tried it in the last few minutes?

They said it could be browser related. What browser are you using please???

I use FF and have just completed my C&S packages, including printing, for today:-)

 Hi MB mine printed but only half of the barcodes were there making them useless..

I processed some ok with Chrome about 10am today

Just switched from IE to Firefox and it worked first time. Still can't get IE to work but they are all done now!

Tried this morning to process labels from weekend sales, paid twice with PayPal, without realising, as error message did not say payment was processed, but still could not get labels, as Click & Send asked me to pay again.  Checked my PayPal account, 2 payments came out, 48 hours to get refund back $100.50 from PayPal & Click & Send.  Was told by Click and Send to wait for a couple of days till I can process labels again.

Firefox , went through fine today
