Getting listing removed for copyright Infringement

How hard is it to get ebay to remove a listing because someone is using my picture and 2 line description. I have to go through the whole Vero paperwork carp.

 

This person has removed my watermark and is using my pictures and couldn't even come up with their own 2 line sentence to describe the item.

 

Does anyone know how long it takes ebay to remove it once they receive the paperwork?

You can't just report the listing as there is a provision for that topic in report an item ?

 

I guess you have received an unfavourable response from the member re changing it.

Yes kopes but it won't let you report it it tells you to go through the Vero procedure.
