One of our selling IDs dropped back to a 12-monthly reporting cycle due to slowing sales.

Then we noticed we had a late delivery defect dating back to October last year we never knew about.

Since this was before the new system came into effect we called ebay to have it removed.

They agreed it should not have been recorded because it was before it came in.

But they said because it was more than the 90-days they were unable to remove it.

Their computer system does not allow removaleven when they want to.
