if you look at the posters items they mostly fit into 2 catagories, small items that would fit into a small padded bag or larger very heavy items requiring strong boxes with lots of bubble wrap/ect.
i cant see a delivery driver throwing a small padded baged item anywhere.
also i find it hard to believe a driver would throw a heavy box, 1kilo at least, out of his truck/van/wagon/hand kart, either.

Smaller, padded envelope items are standing in for the discus.
I've seen delivery drivers toss stuff over fences, not AP though.
For anyone who doesn't believe what's possible...youtube no doubt has a few clips.
Edit: actually...many years ago (about ten) I saw my tax return documentation being hurled over my fence. That was pretty hefty, in an express post bag from the accountant. About the size and weight of a business phone directory. Broke a small branch on the way down. At least it was, My fence.

Some people are diplomatic in their responses. I would have preferred not to read the thread if I had of known where it was going.
This quote maybe out of context here, but take it how you will:

Read the very second post of mine. It corrects this.
Far out.
I just sent another express post, and when the express post arrived the neighbour found the parcel and gave it to him*
Him refering to my customer.
I am not him.
Neighbour is defined.
