Yet another storm in a teacup.
An avatar is what you use on the boards, which the OP is conspicuous in their absence from. Until they thought their child might know better than adult people.
A store logo is another matter, but not the one addressed here.

The son may be adult and a marketing or advertising manager of a large firm and so thinks he knows more than mum. We weren't told he's a child.
I thought perhaps the avatar could be used somewhere else, eg. the website they have promininently displayed on their feedback page but which I didn't click on because I wasn't all that interested.
