What planet are you on tonight PJ ??? Are you encouraging ebay policy violations, by not allowing a buyer to pay via safe method for pick up only item ??
How am I not allowing a safe payment method? I am offering Paypal and cash on pick up. If they say they are not picking up and paying cash they get an invoice with delivery included.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.

Hi all, 2 things I'm confused about:
- if you open a mutual cancellation after 7 days can't you close it yourself if no response and get fvf credit? I'm sure I've done this before... it happened when I sold something to Russia and they kept asking me for a different size and it was preloved clothing. I did press translate but it was hopeless.
- if you do pickup only, even though you have to select paypal to list you can ask for cash payment only on pickup. the only time you are able to decline paypal. what sense does it make the seller paying fees if the buyer is coming to your place of work or house to pick up?

Perhaps you should review your responses to earlier posts PJ,- IMO promoting very poor trading practices as well as the usual, unnecessary scaremongering about credit card chargebacks.

If I sell something with delivery and then offer Paypal and cash on pick up as payment methods how is this in any way promoting poor trading practices?
I do not scaremonger about chargebacks, I know they are extremely rare but when there is no need to take the risk why do so when they do happen now and again?
Surely it is much better doing it my way than buyers and sellers using Paypal thinking they are covered when they are not?
