Smartsend?

I have had 2 deliveries damaged by smartsend. One was insured, but still refused to pay as there was a sheet of glass on top of a subwoofer and they apparently dont transport or insure glass.

I use Pack & Send when I need to freight a complete bike or larger item, never had an issue sending to NZ, Japan etc

They can even pickup and package the item (at a cost of course). They give you all the consignment details and keep you up to date with where your item is at etc...

Try Temando.

Pack and send is pretty xxy, I believe.

Fastway couriers, google them !

And Fastway through Temando is cheaper than Fastway not through Temando.

Hi

Just had something sent to me via Transdirect
National Couriers. Slowest service ever!!!

Order to send was posted on tues. They tell me I can't receive til mid next week. Won't even be picked up until tomorrow.

Ridiculous. How cheap can they be????

Please don't use them for your buyers sake.
