Ok. He was so agro he lost the ability to spell! Yes makes me want to run a mile! If you can afford to own the items that are for sale, surely you can pay for a $20 item I would think.

So what can be done to remove these members?
I wish I could have nothing to do with him.
The phone listing was at 11:47am last Saturday so the unpaid counter is at 4 days. Do I wait for it to hit 5 days tomorrow morning before putting on the unpaid dispute or wait?

I would do it now, but I don't even bother with reminders these days. eBay automatically send one after a couple or three days, anyway

Did you say in your listing that you can't post every day? If you didn't then it is being aggressive to remind people to pay the very next day. I'd get aggro too and deliberately delay payment, though I wouldn't use the language because I don't swear.
What I would have done after the first reply was apologise and explain. All you did was exacerbate the problem by threatening a non-payer case.
If you want to be paid straight away then tick the box requiring immediate payment, or tell people what days you can post and then extend your handling time to accommodate it regardless of what day of the week they pay.
In my opinion you brought this on yourself by harrassing someone for payment in an unrealistic time. You might have got a better response (at least a more polite one) if you'd sent a polite message the next day and explained your situation, and given them a chance to explain theirs. They weren't breaking any rules by expecting to pay a few days after the sale.

When I bought it the sellers listing stated it stopped charging, but when I received it the camera was missing and it had rice in it. (Hence what I put in the description)
Yes I admit I probably was being a bit pushy but wanted the payment through so I could post it first thing Monday morning rather than having to do it on Wednesday.
I ticked the immediate payment through PayPal box. Maybe this only applies to Buy it now listings though?

Ps. I did apologise for coming across as pushy but he didn't reply.
I guess the difficulty was that I haven't really done much selling and have always had people pay in under 12 hours and thought they had forgotten. This has caused such a waste of time I'd love to just pull it off and not have to keep dealing with him.
if I send a dispute that should definitely get them unhappy!

I agree.
Your actions aren't encouraging him to pay promptly, or to leave you anything other than a big red dot. I just don't understand why you would antagonise the buyer by threatening them with a dispute when the buyer has indicated that they will pay within the 3 days required.

Whatever day he says he gets paid, I would give him 48 hours to pay you.
The reason I say this is that, depending on his bank, he may get paid on say Wednesday but the money does not appear in his account till the next day.
My OH is nominally paid on Thursday but the money does not show in our account till Friday but other staff members receive it on Thursday as soon as it is deposited. It all depends on the bank being used.
After that, open a Non Paying Bidder dispute without any further communication.
